About this anime
The World's Strongest Rearguard is a 12-episode action-adventure fantasy anime based on a light novel series. Produced by studio Maho Film and directed by Yuuji Yanase, it follows a protagonist who, after being reincarnated or transported into a fantasy world, takes on the role of a support-oriented rear guard class. The story centers on his journey to build a party and survive in a world where unconventional roles can prove unexpectedly powerful.
