These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AniHeat (https://aniheat.com, "the Site"), operated by Let's BJJ Inc. (株式会社Let's BJJ, "we" or "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the Site
The Site publishes "heat" rankings that show how much buzz each seasonal anime is getting, information on titles, streaming, theme songs, collaborations and events, and news articles.
Heat is an index we calculate with our own method from public data and online reactions. It is not a judgment of any title's quality.
Most articles are generated automatically from primary sources such as official announcements, using our database and AI. Air dates, streaming availability and product details can change without notice, so please check official announcements for the final word.
2. Intellectual property
Text, data, design and logos created by us belong to us.
Titles, key visuals, embedded official posts and videos, and other third-party materials belong to their respective rights holders. The Site introduces them with attribution for informational purposes.
3. For rights holders
If any content is inaccurate, or if you are a rights holder and would like content removed, please contact us (Section 14). We will review the request and correct or remove the content promptly.
4. Posting Pitches
Users who sign in with an X (formerly Twitter) account can post Pitches about titles and send "I agree" votes to other Pitches.
You keep the copyright in your posts. You grant us a free, non-exclusive license to publish, translate, summarize and display them on the Site and our official social media accounts.
We review posts with AI and human checks, and may withhold or remove posts that we judge to violate these Terms. We cannot explain individual decisions.
You may ask us to delete your own posts by contacting us (Section 14).
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not: (1) break the law or public order; (2) infringe copyright, portrait rights, privacy or other rights; (3) defame, discriminate against or harass titles, creators, cast or other fans; (4) post for advertising, solicitation or spam; (5) impersonate others; (6) manipulate votes or rankings with multiple accounts or automation; (7) interfere with the Site, including unauthorized access or automated scraping that places excessive load on it; or (8) do anything else we reasonably consider inappropriate.
6. Restrictions
If you violate these Terms, we may remove your posts, suspend your posting privileges or take other necessary measures without prior notice.
7. Affiliate links and advertising
The Site participates in affiliate programs, including the Amazon Associates Program, and some links are affiliate links. We may earn a commission when you make a purchase through them.
Any purchase contract is between you and the seller. Prices and stock are as of the time we retrieved them and may change.
8. External sites
We are not responsible for the content of external sites linked from the Site. Please follow each site's own terms.
9. Disclaimer
We make every effort to keep information accurate, complete and up to date, but we do not guarantee it.
Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.
10. Changes and interruptions
We may change, suspend or discontinue the Site without prior notice.
11. Personal information
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page, and continued use of the Site means you accept them.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute relating to the Site.
