A new Pokémon anime special, 'The Dreadful Mirage Pokémon,' broadcasts today on ABEMA with one week of catch-up viewing available.
The special centers on a 'Mirage System'—technology designed to create illusions of any Pokémon—that is compromised and unleashes legendary Pokémon previously featured in theatrical films.
Mewtwo and other legendary creatures from the film franchise appear in this commemorative episode.
AniHeat's take: Worth noting for Pokémon anime fans interested in seeing legendary characters from the film series featured in special episode format.
